Praxintel

About

Praxintel operates the marketplace businessbehind ambitious e-commerce brands.

Running a marketplace business well requires a dozen different disciplines to agree with each other every day. Catalogue, advertising, inventory, pricing, account health, customer support and finance are all making decisions that constrain one another, and most brands run them through different people who never speak.

Praxintel exists to run them as one operation. Specialist teams do the work, defined workflows govern how it is done, and a continuous cycle of monitoring and diagnosis decides what gets attention next. You get an operating partner rather than a set of vendors and a coordination problem.

IMB Praxintel is a young company, which shapes what you will find on this site. There are no client logos, no testimonials and no case studies here, because there is no honest version of those yet. What there is instead is a great deal of detail about how the work is actually done — which is the thing you would want to know anyway.

Operating principles

How we make decisions

These are the rules we apply when something is ambiguous — including when applying them costs us a sale.

  • Operate, do not advise

Recommendations without execution put the hardest part back on you. Praxintel does the work, and is measured on the work.

  • One system, not a stack of vendors

Most marketplace losses happen in the gaps between functions — advertising that ignores stock cover, content changes nobody indexed, fees nobody reconciled. Running them together is the whole design.

  • Decisions before dashboards

A dashboard that does not change what anyone does that week is decoration. Every signal we raise is traced to a cause and turned into a ranked action with an owner.

  • Say what is out of scope

Every solution page states what it does not cover. Clear boundaries are worth more to a serious buyer than an unqualified yes.

  • Claim capability, not outcomes

We are a new company. We can tell you exactly how we work and what our specialists do. We cannot tell you what we did for someone else, so we do not pretend to.

The team model

Who works on your account

Every engagement includes these roles, sized to the scope of the work.

  • Dedicated specialists

Named people who work your account, not a shared pool rotating between clients. They learn your catalogue, your margins and your exceptions.

  • Team Lead

Owns day-to-day execution quality and is the first escalation point when something needs a decision faster than the weekly cycle.

  • Project Manager

Owns the engagement plan, cadence and cross-team sequencing, and is your single point of accountability.

  • Quality assurance

Samples and scores completed work against an agreed rubric before it counts as done, independently of the person who did it.

  • Workforce management

Forecasts volume against seasonality and promotional calendars so peaks are staffed ahead of time rather than absorbed as backlog.

  • Commerce analyst

Runs the monitor-and-diagnose half of the cycle and produces the ranked recommendations the specialists execute against.

  • Knowledge management

Maintains the documented processes and decision history, so capability survives individual people moving on.

  • Ongoing coaching

Quality scores feed structured coaching, so the same defect is not corrected repeatedly across different people.

Commitments

What you can expect from us

  • A team that knows your business

The same named people work your account month after month, so you are not re-explaining your catalogue, your margins or your exceptions to someone new every quarter.

  • Transparency in how we report

You see what was done, what is open and what it produced — including the months where the numbers are not flattering. A report you can only trust when it is good news is not a report.

  • Quality built into the process

Work is sampled and scored against an agreed rubric by someone other than the person who did it, before it counts as complete.

  • Clear scope, clearly stated

Every solution page lists what sits outside its scope. We would rather tell you something is not ours to do than take it on badly.

  • Operations that flex with you

Coverage and capacity are planned against your seasonality and promotional calendar, so peaks are staffed in advance rather than absorbed as backlog.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

We do not promise rankings, sales or margins. Marketplaces decide outcomes; we decide the quality and consistency of the work that influences them.
